The Board is made up of a maximum of 9 directors and up to 2 Community Council appointees.
Co-options are also available to increase the mix of skills.
The Board is really keen to encourage fresh blood and strongly urges members to put their names forward for election to the board if they have the skills and a little time to make a contribution to their community.
Nominations for directors require to be received 7 days before the AGM. Nominations must be in writing and signed by 2 members with the nominee confirming his/her willingness to stand.
